Ryan Burke
Lead Firearms Instructor
Ryan Burke is the Founder and President of CornerStone Protective Services and serves as the company’s lead firearms instructor and operational leader. With decades of experience spanning military service, executive protection, private security, firearms instruction, and high profile event security, Ryan has built CornerStone on the principles of professionalism, discipline, integrity, and preparedness.
A decorated United States Air Force Security Forces veteran, Ryan has supported domestic and international operations while developing extensive experience in protective services, risk management, firearms training, and leadership. Throughout his career he has provided security for major events, executive clients, and high profile individuals while mentoring the next generation of security professionals.
Ryan holds multiple Florida security licenses and nationally recognized instructor certifications, allowing him to provide comprehensive training for both new and experienced security officers. His instruction emphasizes safety, confidence, accountability, and practical application through real world scenarios.

FIELD SUPERVISOR & TECHNOLOGY LIAISON
Leon Cutting
Leon Cutting serves as Field Supervisor and Technology Liaison for Cornerstone Protective Services. He oversees field operations, supports client relationships, and helps ensure that security services are delivered with professionalism, accountability, and attention to detail.
In addition to his operational responsibilities, Leon manages the company’s website, social media platforms, digital communications, and online presence. He works closely with leadership to improve client engagement, streamline operations, and support the company’s continued growth through technology and marketing.
Leon holds a Florida Class D Security Officer License, Florida Class G Statewide Firearm License, and a Florida Concealed Weapon or Firearm License (CWFL). His combination of field experience and technology expertise allows him to bridge operations with modern business solutions, helping Cornerstone provide exceptional service to clients while maintaining a strong and professional brand.
